Why am I experiencing problems using MrSite?

There are several reasons why you may be experiencing problems using Msite.

Your computer may have caught an annoying piece of spyware or adware. Please make sure your computer is up to date with virus software updates and operating system updates. You can also get a spyware checker. Spybot is a good choice and is available at:

A popup blocker may be causing you problems. Temporarily disable the popup blocker in your web browser (in internet explorer this means clicking on "Tools" then "Popup Blocker"). Also Google, AOL and Yahoo toolbars have popup blockers which should be configured to allow popups from MrSite.
Make sure that you have cookies enabled on your computer (in Internet Explorer you can do this by logging out of MrSite then clicking on "Tools", then on "Internet Options". You must then hit the "Delete Cookies" button. Close you browser completely and try using MrSite again).
Try adjusting your firewall settings as they may be very high thus preventing you from using MrSite effectively. In Internet Explorer you can do this by clicking on "Tools, then on "Internet Options", then on "Security". Press the "Default Level" button and select medium or low. Click "OK" and restart your computer.
